2024 - 2025  Design Team Lead
A Responsible AI product helping AI startups translate emerging risks and stakeholder expectations into clearer reporting and decisions.

This was my first 0-to-1 product, from initial scope to launch.

The hardest part wasn’t execution — it was figuring out direction in a highly ambiguous Responsible AI space.

I worked with the team to turn unclear ideas into something concrete through ongoing scoping, reframing, and alignment.

Most rewarding experience.

ALZI
2024  User Researcher
A healthcare support product designed to help professional dementia caregivers make sense of complex care situations and turn patient needs into clearer daily actions.

This was a project where existing structure broke down, and I had to step up.

When recruitment channels failed, I rebuilt research access from scratch by reaching out directly and adapting along the way.

This is where I learned how to find real insight even when the system doesn’t cooperate.

FREESIE
2022 - 2024  Product Designer
A child safety product focused on helping families and caregivers navigate safety risks, communication, and developmental needs with clearer support.

This was the project that shaped how I think about design at its core.

Working in a sensitive, high-risk context, I focused on simple decisions grounded in deep user understanding.

This is where simplicity and empathy became central to how I approach design.

KANYA
2022  User Experience Design Intern
A companion app supporting a smart oral-care product, designed to help users better access healthcare services while strengthening the brand’s connected product experience.

This was my first project serving as both UX designer and project manager.

With tight timelines, I helped define scope, align the team, and work closely with clients to keep the project moving.

Much of the work was deciding which features to prioritize or cut so we could meet launch timelines without compromising the core experience.

This is where I grounded my understanding of real-world delivery constraints.

How my work led me into Applied AI:
Urban Planning & Systems:
  • 3 internships (United Nations, consultancy, and government)
  • 3 years of graduate research & projects focused on children & the elderly, community, and built environment
Current Exploration:
For me, empathy is a huge one — it is important to put myself in the shoes of the people I design for.
Here are the projects that shaped that journey:

I’m currently exploring AI agent workflows, responsible AI deployment practices, and how governance tools can move from principles into operational systems.

This includes an extension of my RADARs work focused on AI governance gap analysis agents.

My background started in research and product design, often in areas where decisions affect real people — healthcare, safety, and public systems.

Over time, I became increasingly interested not just in understanding problems, but in helping AI ideas move into real-world use. That shift led me into Responsible AI work, applied AI prototyping, and now exploration around AI agents and deployment challenges.

I’m especially curious about how AI systems move from concept to actual adoption — where product thinking, technical implementation, and human context all intersect.

Tech & Product:
  • 1 year of industry experience + 1 internship delivering web & mobile apps
  • 2 years of master’s projects in AI, HCI, and product work
